BCS Itera AS is one of the largest companies in the Baltics offering business software and digital solutions. Our clients include many of the region’s leading companies in trade, manufacturing, infrastructure management, banking, and the real estate sector.

Our goal is to help increase the competitiveness of our customers through the most modern technological applications. Our portfolio includes international business software Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, HRM, CRM, and BI solutions.

What motivated you to join GreenDice?

Through its years of operation, BCS Itera has supported sports, culture, and also social projects. Social responsibility in ensuring the sustainability of the environment is the next natural step for us in creating a better life and working environment. We jointly practice the success of the green and circular economy in handling IT tools and contribute to a caring attitude towards tools. Let’s reach out where the traditional economic model does not reach.

Have you implemented green and circular policies in your business and how?

We have always paid attention to waste management and waste reduction in various work processes and daily activities. Garbage sorting has been a part of our daily environmental awareness behavior for many years. It is important for us that the footprint of the computer park is also minimal. We use our computers safely and sustainably. We strive to ensure that the contribution of all employees to environmental issues (eg waste reduction and sorting) comes from their awareness and personal initiative.

Why is it important for you to contribute to the development of Estonia and the rest of society?

As the saying goes, soup is neither hotter nor colder on one side of the bowl. In the same way, we live and relax in a shared environment, and it is our choice whether it is clean and pleasant.
Therefore, we want to motivate and encourage both our employees and customers to make more environmentally conscious choices. As a company that implements business software and digital solutions, we have the opportunities and the will to contribute to education, sports and charity through the sustainable use of resources.
