What does your company do and what value do you create today?

Domus Kinnisvara is a service and development company with 20 years of experience on the Estonian real estate market, where more than 100 real estate specialists work. Offering a full real estate service, we help private and business clients all over Estonia with offices in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Narva, Viljandi, Kuressaare, Rakvere, Haapsalu, Rapla and Hiiumaa. As of 2022, we have a total of 40 buildings with a total area of approximately 40,000 m² of completed and ongoing development projects.

What motivated you to join GreenDice?

We have a long perspective and sustainability in mind in our activities. GreenDice’s values align with our principles of reducing overconsumption, which is why we decided to join.

Have you implemented green and circular economy principles in the company and how?

On the most practical and everyday level, for example, we have reduced the amount of paper we print out.

Why is it important for you to contribute primarily to the development of Estonia and other societies?

In the field of real estate, sustainability and responsible entrepreneurship are undoubtedly important due to the long-term life span and useful life of real estate. We want to make our contribution so that future generations will also have a good life in Estonia. We believe that every small step is important for this.
