What does your company do and what value do you create today?

TARCON is a consulting company dealing with construction digitization and BIM services. We also deal with BIM and VR software sales, support and training.

In the course of our work, we have realized that in digitization, value is not created by software, people, or knowledge alone, but by their cooperation. As a result, we want to create value by combining different components and creating unified, complete workflows.

What motivated you to join GreenDice?

Besides the idea of giving new life to digital devices, I also liked GD’s initiative to teach people how to use them and raise IT awareness in general. In my opinion, this is important, because only this will help to make life easier for people living in our small country and avoid doing stupid work.

Have you implemented green and circular economy principles in the company and how?

The TARCON office is located in Ülemiste City, where attention is paid to the green economy. Since we are quite new as a company, we plan to take the first significant steps with GreenDice.

Why is it important for you to contribute primarily to the development of Estonia and other societies?

On the one hand, it’s nice to give back. On the other hand, the more digitally developed society is, the easier it is for us to find digitally aware team members. The third and more patriotic idea is that we in Estonia have one digital success story behind us and, in the world’s view, we have a very good potential to do the next, if we contribute to development and do not rest on our laurels.
